Synchro St. Louis

The Synchro St. Louis organization provides skaters the opportunity to share their love of skating in the competitive team sport of Synchronized Skating.

While promoting fun in a competitive team atmosphere, we strive to uphold the values of character and hard work. At Synchro St. Louis, we encourage skaters to develop their skating skills while realizing their potential as performers.

Our mission is to provide a positive environment that allows skaters, through teamwork, perseverance, accountability, commitment, and sportsmanship, to learn life skills to succeed both on and off the ice.

OUR TEAMS

PRE-JUVENILE

The Pre-Juvenile team competes at multiple USFS, ISI competitions and exhibitions throughout the season. This is a developmental level in preparation to become a qualifying level team. Pre-Juvenile continues to work on basic skating skills while starting to add more challenging turns\elements. Skaters must have passed Preliminary Moves in the Field or higher.

ASPIRE 4

The Aspire High team competes as multiple USFS, ISI competitions and exhibitions throughout the season. This is a developmental level that increases their USFS synchro exposure with a goal to have skaters starting to test Moves in the Field while continuing to work on synchro and individual skating skills.

ASPIRE Beginner

The Aspire Beginner team competes at USFS, ISI competitions and exhibitions throughout the season. Developmental level introduces USFS / ISI synchro to skaters. Our goal is to build synchro and individual skills for goals of skaters starting to test Moves in the Field.
