Many have asked so here’s the answer…
What’s the difference between Scrip and eScrip?
Scrip refers to our gift card sales that benefit the individual skater. Sale profits are based on the rebate offered by each store/restaurant. Gift card sales are done several times per seasonEmail questions to SPFSAFundraising@gmail.com
eScrip refers to the charitable donation program through Schnuck's grocery store. Members who use their eScrip card at checkout will earn a small percent rebate on that purchase for their skater. Members may get extra cards for family members to use as well. Interested in getting a card or have questions, please email SPFSAFundraising@gmail.com
Shop for everyone on your gift list @
and Amazon will donate to St. Peters Figure Skating Association (You need to designate St Peters Figure Skating Association as the place for your donations to go to though)!
After August 31, 2019, funds from Schnucks escrip cards will go into the SPFSA general fund. It will no longer be an individual fundraiser.
You can earn up to a 3% contribution for our SPFSA club from Schnucks. This is a great way to fundraise without asking someone to purchase something.
Here are some tips that can help you be successful with this program:
If anyone is interested in obtaining Schnucks eScrip cards please send email to email@example.com with the skater's name and email address for cards.
If you are planning on giving any giftcards for the holidays, order them through SPFSA and a percentage will be deposited into your skating account. You pay face value, and cards are worth face value. It's a simple way to raise funds and shop for the things you would buy anyway!
Giftcards may be ordered using the order forms in the warming room, or the attachment below.
To check your skater's account balance in Charms from synchro deposits, scholarships and/or fundraising less any expenses paid:
· Log on to www.charmsoffice.com , and click "ENTER / LOG IN" in the upper right corner.
· Locate the "PARENT/STUDENT/MEMBERS LOGIN" section of the web page.
· Login to your student's program account using the following "School" Code: SPFSA
The first time you go here, enter your child's ID NUMBER (found in an email you received from SPFSA treasury) into the Student Area Password field. You will be directed to the Change Password screen, to set a personal password different from the ID, for future use. You may also be directed to create both a unique Username and Password for the student. There are also mechanisms to recover/reset a lost Username/Password -- when you create your new password, create a "hint" as well.
If you have any questions on your Charms account, and/or if you want to use any amounts in your skater’s account on skating related expenses, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. SPFSA can use funds in your account to reimburse you for skating related expenses (private lessons, skates, freestyle tickets, ice skating group lessons/classes, competition fees, test session fees, etc.) if you e-mail us your receipts for them or SPFSA can also use the funds to pay the vendor, city, etc. directly for you.
